This is suppose to represent a NY regiment. Likely of US origin. Would anyone be able to id the maker? Nothing on the base or the container to indicate maker.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for this figures uniform? I am not familiar with sky blue facings with a twin stripe. I looked up the Royal Army Service Corps they have white facings), RAMC is a deep red/maroon. I don't think its Veterinary Corps or Dental Corps. The Ordinance Corps are faced red.

Its probably very obvious and I'm just forgetting something right?
