I have about forty of these dioramas, covering many subjects. The flat figures are made by many unknown makers , but all painted by Michael , the figures are all 35mmm.

The castle where they are housed in Germany is in the Plassenburg , Kulmbach. It contains over 900,000 figures(including some Britains) it houses the worlds largest diorama with over 60000 figures and took something like 3 years to make and 15 painters /modellers worked on it. The Germans really value their countries artists and creators.
I have visited the Plassenburg three times, along with the figure show held there every two years for four days with hundreds of dealers and entry is free. The next show is at the beginning of August 2026. Try to go every day, as a lot of the sellers are
private collectors selling off parts of their collection. The beer there is also good!
