I bought this set of ten handmade wooden Coldstream guards 1815 in their own bespoke box (!) on ebay over the weekend. They were made by a company called TAYLORMADE IN 1997 and I must confess I have never seen them before.

The figures are 3" tall, with the standard bearer being nearly 6" tall.

The quality of the painting is consistently high.

I am thrilled to have this set in my collection.
