Who made this?
Bought this figure on a whim. It has good weight (solid cast), no markings. Any idea who made it or what the uniform might represent?

Hello Scott,
My guess would be he is a recast of a Britains
West Point cadet, although he could be CBG as there are no arm lugs and the cap peak seems a little small.
