In the O'Brien Book Collecting American Made Toy Soldiers edition No. 3 on page 361 and 362

O'Brien calls these "series 0780" Marx Hard Plastic U.S. Army Flats. Anybody know anything about these figures...are there any other references anywhere besides the O'Brien Book?
